Biography
I moved from New York in 2002 where I worked in healthcare as a recreation therapist and child life specialist. Exercise and staying healthy have always been a huge part of my life, even more so after having my two kids. While trying out the various fitness classes in Montreal, I found myself falling in love with indoor cycling and dancing on the bike. Suddenly working out became fun and a way to look forward to exercising. I chose to carry what I knew about helping others and teach to the whole person and not just as a physical sweat. Riding would be a physical, emotional and mental workout and escape. A time to let go, focus on yourself, cry, smile, sing out loud and feel like your best self moving through the day, month or year. I have 11 years of experience teaching in 3 different studios in Montreal. We ride to the beat of each song incorporating upper body choreography and a weights sequence. I will help you adapt each ride to your fitness level so each rider can participate to your max. I hope you leave smiling and sweaty!
